I have an old Electromode baseboard heater. I would like to control it with a Nest thermostat, but before I disassemble my old thermostat I want to make sure that they are compatible.
The tag on my old thermostat reads
Model 7164B
18 Amp 277 VAC
22 Amp 125, 250 VAC
Single Pole
Electromode
10499
Auburn
New York

Unfortunately your thermostat uses actual Line Alternating Current; 120 or 240 volt system. It is Not compatible with nest or any other programmable low voltage thermostat.

Hey jctolton,
Thanks for being here in the Google Nest Community.
I'd like to jump in here and check if you've seen CoolingWizard's response. In addition, you can check out this online compatibility checker for more information.
Thanks for your help, CoolingWizard.
