I am having a very difficult time with this decision to stop support! The thermostat works perfectly! This is an attempt to simply get more money ! It is BS! I saw someone’s post that they are starting a class action lawsuit, I hope they do, I will 100% participate in that.
You can also know that there is no way I will purchase another one! Yours was one of the first smart thermostats, there are many out there now and at 1/2 the price!
Definitely will be leaving a bad review.
