Endless loop trying to signup for rebate

Resurrecting same issue posted in october 2023. Is anyone else stuck in a circular loop trying to sign up for rebates? It says I'm eligible. I click to sign in. I have migrated my account to Google and try to sign in that way and cannot get past the sign in screen. It just keeps asking me to sign in over and over. I tried signing in with my old nest account - does the same thing. How do I get past this step?

I followed all the steps in the previous convo to no avail. I did not ask a friend if I could use their phone to sign up as that seems silly.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear what you're experiencing with signing up for rebates. Try these steps (skip the steps you already did):

 

  1. Clear cache and cookies from your browser. Sometimes your browser may temporarily store data that may interfere with authentication and sign-in procedures. Clear the cache and cookies and then restart the browser in order to sign in again.
  2. If that does not work, try again using a different browser or device. This can help to establish whether the issue affects a particular browser or a device.
  3. Some browser extensions or add-ons may be harmful to website functionality. Disable all your extensions and log in again.
  4. Make sure that you are running the latest version of your browser. Some websites as well as authentication processes may be incompatible with certain outdated browsers.
