Energy History

We recently had a power outage and now I cannot access the Energy History for my Nest thermostat. It has been several days, and I am still getting the same error message to "come back tomorrow".  What can I do to retrieve Energy History?

I have this same issue. History is showing on the device, but not on the app. I have restarted the device and uninstalled and reinstalled Nest app and Google Home apps but it still isn't working.

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• When did the issue start?
• Did you try restarting your Nest Thermostat?
• Do you see the Energy history on the thermostat display?
