Hi there
I’ve just had a NEST 3rd Gen Learning installed; combo boiler- all connected, lights on etc but when I ran the test to heat the radiators the boiler is not catching at all. I’ve restarted and reset it with no change. And now I’ve realised that unless I have the thermostat set to ON manually the boiler is switching off and so I can’t get hot water. The thermostat is not set to control the water as it’s gas and heats only when the taps are turned on. Any advice?
thanks
