When I go to purchase the Gen4 Nest thermostat with the promo code from my email it shows in my cart but says I already used my discount code. I did not make the purchase to upgrade because it says I already used my code. I did not used the code and make the purchase and wondering if you can help with that.

Why would anyone buy a new Google Nest Thermostat (or any Google device) knowing Google REMOVES smartphone functionality (Turns into a Pumpkin) when support upgrades end.
I can understand stopping software upgrades, but nobody should buy one of these expensive thermostats knowing how Google removing functionality at end of support.

There is no error when I click the offer it said quantity 1 when I tried to changed to three using up arrow nothing happened
then I tried to purchase 1 and it wouldn’t process
