[FINAL NOTICE] Nest app support for your Nest Learning Thermostat (1st/2nd gen) ends Oct 25

When I go to purchase the Gen4 Nest thermostat with the promo code from my email it shows in my cart but says I already used my discount code. I did not make the purchase to upgrade because it says I already used my code. I did not used the code and make the purchase and wondering if you can help with that.

Why would anyone buy a new Google Nest Thermostat (or any Google device) knowing Google REMOVES smartphone functionality (Turns into a Pumpkin)  when support upgrades end.   

I can understand stopping software upgrades,  but nobody should buy one of these expensive thermostats knowing how Google removing functionality at end of support.

I’m trying to take advantage of the discount offer for my new Google nest thermostat generation for the order is being rejected. How can I get this order filled? I have three of these in my home. How many am I allowed to purchase our P discount rate

  • Are you using a Google account or a Legacy Nest account to manage your devices?
  • What type of Nest Thermostats do you currently own? (Here is a helpful article to identify the model of Nest Thermostat).
  • How many Nest Thermostat devices do you have in total?
  • How many structures are listed in your Google Home app or Nest app?
  • For how long have your thermostats been active (i.e., connected and reporting)?
  • What is the exact error message that you received when attempting to redeem the code?

i have 3 thermostats

theycare 1st and 2nd generation

will I get an offer code?

There is no error when I click the offer it said quantity 1 when I tried to changed to three using up arrow nothing happened

then I tried to purchase 1 and it wouldn’t process
