FIXED! Nest App won't connect to thermostat

For days my Nest thermostat was offline and the App wouldn't connect to it. Well here are some steps that fixed both issues. 

1. Deleted the App. 

2. Went i to the thermostat and deleted the network. And entered it in again. 

3. Turn off  the wifi for your phone and Download the App again. Follow the prompts to reload it and reconnect it to the thermostat. Don't turn your phone's wifi on until the prompt tells you to. It should load.
