After spending a considerable amount of time customizing the schedule times, temps, safety temps, device name, and other settings when installing my Nest Thermostat last week, I found it very frustrating that, after doing a Factory Reset as suggested by a member of your support team today to try and address an issue I was having with some of the settings in the Home app (Cool to Dry and Adaptive Comfort) not staying on for me, I had to start from scratch with every single setting for the device when re-adding it to Home after the Factory Reset was completed.
Please at least give users the option to apply previous settings when re-adding a Nest Thermostat. Even just importing our previous temp and schedule settings would help save a lot of time having to go back in and change so many things.
