Hi
I have had to get a Nest qualified electrician out because my Nest Thermostat has failed at the Heatlink next to the boiler - so we have loss of heating and consequently the thermostat has no power.
We have only had this system 13 months, the serial number is 09AA01AC34190025 Model Display-3.4, Software version 5.9.5-2
Can you please contact me urgently to arrange the fitting of a replacement by a qualified Edinburgh electrician - particularly Andrew at Lumen Electricians Edinburgh who has just diagnosed this fault.
Thanks, this is urgent as house is very cold and we can't override on the manual switch as it's not working.
