Fan Schedule Not Working

Hi -

I got the Nest Thermostat to be able to schedule the fan to turn on at certain points throughout the day to circulate my Aroma360 device. I don’t actually use my system to heat or cool my house as our mini-splits are better than the central system. I want the fan to come on at the top of each hour for 30 mins. I have the fan schedule set for 7am to 10pm and to run for 30 mins. The fan, however, doesn’t come on at the top of each out even when I flip the schedule switch exactly on the hour. I currently have my system set to heat at the lowest temp so that the system never has to kick in and just the fan would be work.
