@Rishindra

How is the Nest Thermostat wired?

Does it have a C wire?

What type of System do you have? Furnace, Heat pump, or radiators??

Patrick, C wire is plugged in and its furnace. This behavior started since 5 days. Nest doesn’t get charged over USB and restarts

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for the help here, @Patrick_Caezza.

@Rishindra, I know it has been a while, but I wanted to stop by and see how I could help. How's it going with your thermostat? Is it still not holding its charge? If so, please check your thermostat's power readings under the Technical Info settings.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Mark
