Fan is the only thing working

Hello! 

I have a 3rd generation thermostat but the only feature working is fan, AC + heating is not available, even the fan says is working but it seems to do not lower the temperature,

what can I do?

This is most likely a wiring configuration issue, which is the reason why it's not activating your Heating and Cooling systems. To better understand this, is this a first-time installation? Could you please share with us a photo of your old thermostat and Nest Thermostat's wiring? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?
