Fan not synced with Heatpump Heating/Cooling

Attached a MrCool Universal 3ton condenser to a Unico blower indoors. Wiring seems correct and I can get it to heat / cool mode via Thermostat and the condenser jumps on as expected BUT only the fan is either ON or OFF by me switching O to B in the app under thermostat wire settings. Its supposed to jump on automatically with heating/cooling. What wire in the thermostat have I set wrong? When I check the wiring via "wire check" it has detected all.

I just installed a MRCOOL 3 ton universal split system placing an encased A coil above an existing furnace with forced central air. 

Have it all connected as per diagrams but the 3rd Gen Nest does not run the compressor or the heat or the blower motor. 

Any ideas?
