Fan speed control missing and ability to run fan continuously

I've seen online where there's the ability to control the fan speed (Auto, High, Medium, Low).  However when I go to settings I can't find anything that allows me to control it.  I just see Fan Schedule, but there's nothing there that allows me to control the speed of the fan.  I have Y1, Y2, G, C, Rh, and W connected if that makes a difference.

Also, is there a way to have just the fan always running?  I like it to circulate the air constantly.  It "seems" like if I set the schedule to always in settings that does it, but wanted to confirm if that's the way to do it or not.

Thanks for reaching out. This would depend on the type of Nest Thermostat that you have and if you have a multi-speed fan installed. You're correct about the fan schedule, you can set it to "Always" to keep it running.
