Nest compatibility ??

Heat pump so it says I should use the bottom letters which comparability check says should be good to go but did not have success upon installation.

Hi Jvphish,

Thanks for reaching out and for including the photo of your wiring.

By looking at the photo, it is compatible with the Nest Thermostat. A few questions though - are you getting any message when you are setting up your Nest Thermostat? Which Nest Thermostat are you trying to install? 

Also, you could check the wire at the main board of your HVAC. Make sure that the wires are connected to the right label.

Note: Turn off HVAC switches before touching any wire.
