Fan will not turn on when I choose fan setting.

I haven’t been able to ever get the fan to turn on. My  nest thermostat acknowledges the setting and display shows it is running but no air is felt out of the vents. Please help!

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Can you help me with your Nest Learning Thermostat's power reading?  

• To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
• Choose Settings.
• Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
• Select Power.
  • Battery 
  • VOC
  • VIN 
  • IIN
