Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried using the Compatibility Checker? That should help you check if your system is compatible.

I cannot seem to get it co figured correctly, however if you see the photos the previous electrician wrote in marker what it was.

Thanks for getting back to us. Based on your thermostat's wiring, it's Nest-compatible. Make sure to follow these wiring guides:

• W/W1 (white wire/heat)
• G/G1 (green wire/fan)
• O/B* (orange wire/heat pump)
• C (blue wire, 24 V common)
• Y/Y1 (yellow wire/cool)
• R/Rc (red wire/power)
