Hi.
Our went off today and after consulting an electrician it looks like the 'Heat link' has completely died even though there is mains power to it. I have been told that I will have to purchase another. The product was bought 18 months ago and has obviously hasn't been used much in the summer. Can you let me know if/how I can get a replacement? It was purchased through a plumber as part of a new boiler system and so I haven't got a receipt from a supplier. Thanks, Neil
