Faulty thermostats - worst customer service

I bought 6 new learning nests. Thermostats have caused problems and now a/c not working. One Hvac guy said one of my new nests shorted out the whole system and replaced it. Shortly later half my house is out. Worse than that I’ve called customer service over and over and taken a lot of time to get no help. The people I’ve spoken to don’t know anything. They are clearly reading questions and typing he answers into a computer. 
suggestion: eliminate the customer service person and let me have direct access to whatever they see as I would move through the process at least 2x as fast without the human who has no knowledge or training acting as my user interface. 
Then after a long series of questions (one of the first verified my phone number for call back they hang up on me. No call back. I called back and tried again and finally asked for supervisor. 10 minute wait only to be told no supervisors available and I will get a call back. No call back. I have called 4 more times and told the person this experience and tried at different times of day to get a supervisor. Each time told no supervisor available and no call back. I will next try returning all these products if I can and will report back my experience.
