Feature Request - Syncing Nest Thermostats in the Same Area

Hi Google Nest team,

I'm reaching out to request a feature that allows users to easily sync two or more Nest thermostats located in the same area or zone.

Currently, having multiple thermostats in a single area can lead to conflicts and inefficient heating/cooling due to competing commands. While workarounds like remote sensors and manual adjustments exist, a native syncing feature would greatly simplify the process and improve the user experience.

I envision a feature that allows users to designate one thermostat as the "master" and others as "followers." The follower thermostats would then automatically mirror the temperature and mode settings of the master thermostat, ensuring consistent and efficient climate control throughout the shared space.

I believe this feature would be valuable for many users with unique home layouts or those who have added additional thermostats over time. It would enhance the overall functionality and convenience of the Nest ecosystem.
