Google nest E thermostat

My google nest thermostat E is not connecting to the wifi, and giving the code W5.

I have tried to restart the thermostat and it still gave the same error code.

What can I do?

• Can you access the thermostat settings? If yes, if you can, please share the battery readings, VOC, and VIN by going to Settings > Technical info > Power.
