Forget pin and of thermostat and cant access to the app dont know what to do

Someone changed the pin of the thermostat when im not at the home and even my nest app is not connecting really dont know what to do .

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that you forgot the PIN of your Nest Learning Thermostat. No worries, help is here! Let’s try some troubleshooting steps to unlock it:

1. Remove the thermostat display from its base.
2. Insert the USB cable to the USB port on the back of the thermostat display, and attach the thermostat display to a computer with the use of the USB cable.
3. Locate and open the folder or icon for the Nest device that should appear on the computer screen.
4. Look for the technicalinfo.PLIST file, it should show up in the Nest Thermostat folder.

Once you've found the technicalinfo.PLIST file, please let me know, and I'll provide further instructions.
