Free C Connector?

HI Everyone.  I recently purchased Nest Thermostat model MP9J5M at a discount from my local electric company. When I went through the set up process, it said I needed the C connector, and I could get one for free from Google.  So I clicked and submitted,  but It has been over a month and a half and I never received it.  I also cannot find any record or correspondence and am frustrated.  Does anyone know who I can contact?

Hi There, 

Sorry, have been having e mail issues and these responses went to spam.  Anyway, yes, please, I do still need help.  I purchased 2 of the Google Nest Thermostats and as I was setting them up was informed I needed the C connectors, which were supposed to be free through this purchase that I had made from my electric company, Eversource.  I never received the connectors and did not get any correspondence regarding them (until now, thank you!)  Any help you might be able to provide would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to us, MikeC2. I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your free Nest Power Connector. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Could you check your order history from the Google Store to see if it was successfully processed? Make sure to login with the same email as your thermostat. If there is no purchase order, you might need to go back to the promotional link for a power connector by resetting the thermostat to default and setting up the device again.
