Frozen thermostat message

My thermostat has a message, “How to save more at home” with a next button. Tapping the button does nothing. The thermostat program is working but the display is not. Thanks.

Do you still need help with this? If yes, what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Also, have you tried to force restart your thermostat display? Give it a shot if you've not tried it yet by following the steps here: https://bit.ly/2Ym3hhJ
