Gen 3 E74 code no power to Rh
first I saw low battery message and then thermostat went out
i I recharged the battery and plugged it back to the base now seeing E74 code no power to RH
i reset the thermostat to start fresh and rebooted several times no luck so far
the device is 5 years old and never had any issue so far

Thanks Manuel, got it fixed. It was a faulty wiring on the condenser pump which did not allow power from HVAC to the thermostat.
