We have had 2 Nest thermostats for 6
months now and I am new to the products. We randomly find one thermostat at 62 degrees and no one would ever put it that low. It’s happened 7-10 times, not daily. And I run the app, and can’t find anything in there on why it’s randomly on 62. It happened at 6am, 7pm, Etc. How do I stop it from happening?

I have auto learning on and turn it to Eco constantly. Don’t have anything scheduled. Don’t ever need it below 72…

If I understand what you wrote, you haven't created a temperature schedule for your Nest? (Sorry if I misunderstood.) I think a schedule would be the best way to get control over this situation. First, make sure that the "smart" features (Home/Away Assist and/or presence sensing, depending which interface you're using) are turned off, and that Eco Mode is off. Then go into Settings and modify the schedule so that it has the set points at the times and temperatures you want. If no other settings interfere, the Nest should obey that schedule.
