Google Home Nest set Up not working (circle of death after scanning QR code)

I have spent two hours trying to set up my google nest. I followed the instructions up to the wiring and when I click next, I just get the circle of death EVERY SINGLE TIME... and nothing happens. I tried the Nest app, and when I scan the code it takes mo to the Google Home App. 

First I could not set it up because the Nest terms and conditions could not be used with my google G Suite account. I state during my personal google account and at least it let me get through the terms and conditions and showed me the pictures of the wiring. 

The app get stuck right after 

+>Set up decide>New Device>Choose a home>looking for device>Thermostat>Nest Thermostats>Scan QR code>let's set up your thermostat> continue>I agree>Installing your thermostat (Can take as little as 30 mins (it has been 2 hours))>make sure you>Check your system>Turn off power at the circuit breaker>remove the cover>Installed on an electrical box (no)>take a photo>save photo....... STUCK.... circle of death. Nothing ever happens. Even if I do not take the photo and go through the installation of the cables... it gets Stuck. I am SO frustrated!!!!

Hey alexrdvz, 

Sorry to hear about your experience and also for the delay. 

Have you tried force closing your Google Home app and restarting your mobile phone before trying the setup process again? If it still persists, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. You might want to try using another mobile device as well.
