Thermostat not heating second floor

I have two nest thermostats 1st and 2nd floor. First floor works fine, turns the furnace on and off. Second floor won’t turn the furnace on. The front screen will go orange and say 15 minutes to heat, then it changes to 2+ hours. Heat never comes on....

W AND W2 wires

I have both W2 and W wires. However there is only a W spot for conecting. Do i put both into that slot ?

Honeywell Chronotherm III (furnace only/no AC) Wiring
