Google Home app

Google Home app is showing that the a/c is running continuously but this is not the case.  What is causing the app to show this on the Energy Dashboard?

Thanks for reaching out. To ensure that we're on the same page, do you mean that the Google Home app Energy Dashboard reported incorrect information? Could you please check your thermostat's Energy History on your thermostat device, and see if they have reported the same thing? Also, you may try to restart your thermostat and reinstall the Google Home app to make sure that they are updated.
