Google Nest 4th Generation Thermostat enablement on Nest App

Google Nest App seems to not support the Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Generation) and we need to rely on Google Home app only.  I do understand that Google wants us to move to Google Home app for thermostats also. Can you re-enable Nest Thermostat (4th Generation) in Nest App also as the usage of Next App for controlling thermostat was quite good and Google Home is noware closure in the feel and look for Nest app ?

Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) is designed for and only works with the Google Home app. As far as I'm aware, Google has no plans to introduce compatibility with the Nest app, as all new products are developed for the Google Home app, and they continue to work on migrating existing products from the Nest app over to the Google Home app.
