Hi we have 2 Google Nest E thermostats which have been working perfectly for the last 2 years. One is in the bedroom upstairs and one is downstairs hallway. I went downstairs and the house was cold. I checked the boiler and no errors. When I turn the thermostat e dial the thermostat on the wall downstairs clicks as usual but the heating does not come on. The thermostat upstairs seems to be working ok. Why would the downstairs thermostat suddenly stop working? The app says it’s heating the room but the thermostat clicks but the boiler is not starting up. The upstairs one seems to be working as normal but downstairs the thermostat clicks but nothing happens. I pressed the button and the three lines appear but still no heat. I reset the dial downstairs, but it made no difference. Could the thermostat be faulty? It’s worked perfectly for 2 years.

*update* It was a faulty zone valve not the Thermostat, if anyone has the same problem hopefully this info will help.
