Hello, we have recently had a Nest fitted and it had previously heated the hot water. A few times (mostly in the morning) I have noticed the overheat symbol on the boiler and have had to reset it. Today the heating was working fine but when I turned the heating off the boiler turned off even though it is still in the schedule to be heating the water. I tried putting boost on and you can hear the link click but the boiler does not fire up. The boiler will only fire up for the CH.
The settings to ensure that hot water heating is properly configured? If the issue persists, reaching out to Nest support might be the best next step for troubleshooting. Hopefully, you'll have it sorted out soon.
