Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest with our Nest Thermostats. Let me take a look at this for you. 

A few questions: Do you know if you have a conventional or heat pump system? What is the make and model of your HVAC system? Also, could you help us with a photo of your HVAC control board where the other end of your thermostat wires are connected?
