Google Nest Learing Thermostat does not work

This product does not work 28 days,I don't know what happened.

at 28 days ago, it can not connect my internet,i restarted,and then nothing show ,only google logo.

please help,help,help

my daughter bought this gift about last Oct.

John,

i’m so sorry to hear that you are having trouble.  You seem to be having some problems with your nest thermostat. you say you have a nest learning thermostat, if you press and hold the display in for about a minute it will force a hard restart of this thermostat. Do me a favor and post a picture of the back plate of the nest where the wires are attached. And before you installed it, I hope you took a picture of the old thermostat and the wires and where they were connected. Please post the pictures. Thank you.
