Hello
I have installed the google nest learning thermostat for over a few months now. The thermostat never goes under 76 degrees even if i set the temp to 70. Most of the times with this setting over night it cools from 80-76 but not a single degrees under it. During day time it shows 1.5 hrs remaining and when I check after 1.5 hrs its still the same.
I checked with google support, reset the system on their advice and confirmed the wiring to be correct.
What is wrong here ? Pls help.
