Won't cool

Hi there, 

I have reset the system twice now and it still won't cool. What can I do?

Laura, I need to better understand how you came to the point you needed to “reset the system twice”?  Was the thermostat working until it recently and your system was cooling but recently quit cooling?

Make sure it’s plugged in tight   Press on the sides and up and down. I just had the same issue
