Google Nest Learning Thermostat (white) 3rd GEN - not operating Hot Water and Heating separately

Hello, I just replaced a Honeywell central heating and hot water controller, with the Nest 3rd gen thermo and heat link.  However its not giving me the option to control or set a hot water schedule.  There is zero references to hot water in the App and on the thermostat itself.  It appears to be heating on, controls hot water on too?  The 3rd Gen is supposed to be able to control both?

"a Google Nest 3rd generation thermostat should be able to control both heating and hot water as the Heat Link that comes with it is designed to connect to a system with a separate hot water tank. You can schedule both hot water and heating using the Nest app on your smartphone or on your thermostat"

Just to confirm, are you saying on your display you can only see the option for heating? Nothing for hot water at all?

Do you have a system boiler or Combi?
