some assistance please
I came back from a a night away to find our NEST was off, after taking it off the wall and putting it back on it displayed this message... So I charged it for around 12 hours using the USB and the light was flashing green, it displayed to put it back on the wall
But It still shows this message
There had been no sign of any issues before we left for the weekend

Hiya Andrewchard76,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
And thanks for lending a hand, Patrick_Caezza.
It's great you could test the thermostat's battery by charging it for 12 hours. However, since your thermostat still shows a low battery message, I'd kindly ask you to remove it from your Wi-Fi network. An unstable Wi-Fi network can cause the thermostat to have trouble keeping a full charge. If the battery stops draining after removing it from the network, we'll need to check some settings in your router to get everything working again.
Otherwise, if the battery keeps draining after removing it from your network for 24 hours, please fill out this form and let me know once you've done so. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.
