My thermostat randomly disconnected from the wifi and is not recognizing any wifi, including my neighbors or my Hotspot when right next to it. All of our other devices are still on the network and working fine with our wifi. It also won't connect to the app because it cannot detect a wifi network, even when my phone is connected to the wifi while going through the set up. Anyone have any other advice? I've tried both soft and hard resets and nothing has worked.

I’m experiencing the same problem.
Is there a “Nest” Support number?

Hey, Cparker and GMan13.
Sorry for the late reply, but I wanted to hop in here real quick to see if you two still needed any help with these issues. If you still need some help, let me know and I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot things here.
Thanks.

Hey, Cparker.
Sorry about the connection issues with the thermostat. I see that you've already done both power cycle and factory resets on the thermostat. When you lost connection to the thermostat, was there something that caused it? Did you lose power or did your network go down, or did it seemingly randomly lose connection? With it not seeing any networks, that would point to it being an issue on the device rather than a network problem, so if you could let me know any more details about what happened, it would help me narrow down the issue. I look forward to hearing back from you and helping you get this worked out.
Thanks.

It went down randomly. Network didn't drop on any other device and power was consistent.

Hey, Cparker.
This issue sounds like something we're not going to be able to resolve here, so I am going to refer this to an internal team. I'll update you as soon as I know more.
Thanks.
