Hi, some weeks ago I received a code for the TADO thermostat due to the support for my Google Nest shortly coming to an end.
I cannot find the 50% anywhere in my emails and would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction as to how i might be able to get hold of the code. TIA

I cannot locate the email with the 50% discount link for a compatible thermostat as I have a generation 2 Nest thermostat which will no longer work in the app from October 2025. Please can you help.

Thank you for your reply. I have clicked on the hyperlink "this form" but a form does not open up. It shows pictures of thermostats & I don't know which one I should click on or if this is correct? Please can you advise me. Thanks
