Google Nest Thermostat - Compressor wont start after installation

Good Sunday Community,

I just installed the Google Nest Thermostat , and when set to COOL, the Fan will turn on but the compressor will not. (Heating function does work well)

I have installed wiring as requested by the Nest APP;

G -R-Y-W

Any guidance is appreciated.
