Hi,
I have recently installed a Google nest learning gen 3 at a customers house,
how ever the heat link in the upstairs cupboard next to the immersion is flashing blue,
if I press the button on the heat link we can power the heating in manual, so I assume the wiring is correct,
we have tried everything on the app and the thermostat itself to connect the heat link too the thermostat with no success,
do we need a replacement unit?
Or is there a simple way to force pair the devices,
