This is the third Nest product I have had to install (two others failed) so my levels of frustration on this are high.
I have recently fitted this new unit and all the signs have been positive - unit wirelessly links to hear link, diesel heater has been working both manually and to a schedule I had entered on the app.
this morning the system failed to work as per the schedule and neither is the manual function working.
can you please point me in the direction of what might be wrong - this product is more problematic than it is worth.
