Just bought a house, with 1 A/C, 1 Heater, and a combo Armstrong AC/Heater; with 2 Honeywell thermostats controlling them. So, I was trying trying to update 1 thermostat (combo unit) to the google nest thermostat and got an incompatibility reading from the app after adding in its existing RHT2300b1012 wiring configuration. I typed in B.O.G.Y.W.R, as it is laid out on the Honeywell thermostat (see image), so it replied incompatible. I contacted the help desk and was told that the Armstrong model PGE10A24D050A-2A unit has a heat pump w/ gas. He asked about the other system so I gave him the info :Rheem heater RGPE-07EBRQR and the A/C is a RUUD model 14AJM49A01. So I was told it's a dual fuel system and needs a pro-so I thought I would ask you first. I pulled the instruction manual for the Honeywell thermostat setup and tried to understand (#3 and #4 notes) why some wires are being used when it said don't connect both and there is no jumper on the Y and W - so how does this translate to goofle nest
