My Thermostat is generation 3. Recently I got a Verizon WiFi. I've already done the wifi network connection set up in the thermostat. A Verizon technician helped me do that. She helped my thermostat to connect to my Google Nest App. When the wifi was set up, the Google Nest App showed that both the Home and the Living Room (My Thermostat is in this Living Room item. I used to set the thermostat there.) are online. However, after 2 days, the Google Nest App told me both the Home and the Living Room are offline. I check the thermostat technical information from the Google Home app and the Google Nest. It showed that the thermostat was offline from 30 days ago, the machine was offline due to no power. It was 3.8 volts. It is not true that the thermostat was offline from 30 days ago. Last week, the Verizon technician helped me hood the Home and the Living Room with my thermostat in the Google Nest app.
I checked the thermostat machine. it was 3.8 volts. Then, I physically charged the thermostat for a day until the green light no longer flashed. I put it back on the wall and check the technical information. It was 3.9 volts. I checked the Google Nest app, the technical information was the same as above, there is no power. The power is 3.8 volts (See the highlighed message above please.)
I restarted the thermostat. I also uninstalled and reinstalled both the Google Home and Google Nest apps. I restarted the Verizon wifi router. Both the Home and Living Room items are still offline in the Google Nest app.
Please tell me what I should do to get the thermostat hoods to the Verizon wifi, the Google Home and Google Nest. And the Google Nest shows that. Thank you very much.

How is the Nest thermostat wired?
Is there a C wire install?
Can you post a picture here?
You can control the 3rd Gen using the Google Home App, you can only do set-up using the Nest App.
