Google Nest Wiring - Only Red and Blue Wires available

My Honeywell thermostat only has a blue and a red wire. Do you know how I can install a Nest thermostat in this situation? Would I need to replace the control board to make it compatible with Nest? The red wire is wired to R and blue wire is wired to C on the control board.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am aware that you need to know if your system is compatible with one of our Nest Thermostats, but no need to worry; help is here. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution. Can you please share a picture of your control board?
