My nest e thermostat stopped finding any WiFi network. Got chat support and the support girl restored it to default settings losing all configuration and Nest app never found the thermostat again to make it work. The thermostat is under warranty but the incident has been escalated during one week with no update and all answers are: it will be handled asap, we are very sorry.
Currently thermostat is dead and heating can only be handled manually on/off from heatlink. Before support restored it to defaults, at least it was working without WiFi.
