Having a recurring issue with the Google Nest Thermostat where it turns off the AC for hours at a time, and we wont notice in the house till the temperature is well over the set cooling limit. Then as soon as someone walks in front of the thermostat, the AC turns back on.
The ECO settings for when someone is away from home are turned off (The setting in the thermostats menu asks if I'd like to turn it on so I know it's off) which is the one thing I can think of that would cause something like that.
But if I set my **bleep** thermostat to 70 I want it to stay at 70, not drift up to 82 until I almost die of a heat stroke and go to check the **bleep** thing only for it to try and turn back on like it thought no one was looking.

Keep me posted.
