We recently started getting the E160 error message. Was walked through a couple of troubleshooting steps with Google Nest support, but the error message kept coming back. We then saw online that the issue might be the battery in the dial itself. So we ordered a replacement battery. But in the process of attempting to do so, a couple of the connecting ribbons came apart, which brings me to my question:
can the dial itself be replaced or do I have to replace the whole thermostat?
